Finally the site has dried out and all the materials are here, so there is some action on site, the landscaper is laying the large cut sandstone blocks for the terraces ready for paving. The bobcat is back to dump 20cubic meters of garden soil and 10 cubic meters of mulch to secure the banks.
Hi fantastic photos....we too are looking at building on a slope in Brisbane. Who would you recommend as builders and are they reasonably priced?? Is 300,000 a realistic price for a house of your size on a similar slope?
ReplyDeleteWe built with Designer Homes, the build came in over $400,000 for about 405sqm, there are so many variables you are best to talk to a couple of builders to get a better guide on pricing, have a look at the display villages at Springfield Lakes and Daisy Hill(if thats still open) as there are a few builders that build on such sites.
